Loeries rankings: #1 Lecturer

I have been lecturing on tertiary level for 15 years now and believe that it is more valuable to pay attention to how I am received in the classroom on a daily basis and prefer to focus on the real connections I make with my students in this space and beyond their qualification.
I've learnt that preparing students to win awards is important only if the work itself can make a significant contribution to society and the student's portfolio.
